implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the
labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating
standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters
for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles
data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing
procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests
that cannot be performed in the test area. Candidate will be
required on an infrequent basis to go underway on units and to
frequently work on moored pier-side units. Physical ability to
navigate steep stairs and ladders as well as work in confined
spaces is a requirement.
Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time CONUS and
OCONUS.
Candidate must have a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior
to starting this position.
US Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
-US Navy surface combatant CIC at-sea watchstation
qualification.
-Core Aegis Weapons Systems experience preferred.
-Must have a minimum 6 years working experience with the AEGIS
Weapons Systems. -Demonstrated experience working with US Navy
hardware and software. testing procedures, and the ability to
analyze test results and report findings.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline
- Experience with the Aegis Weapon System
C&D and/or ADS elements
- Experience with development, test and/or
integration of C3I/C4I systems
- Experience with development, test and/or
integration of Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) System,
Advanced Training Domain (ATD).
or similar complex integrated training systems
- Experience with Tactical Data Links
testing/operation
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government
security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated
Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as
assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and
New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $67,400 -
$129,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for
this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.

business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered:

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time
employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off
(PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive
at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees
accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of
sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO,
Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start
date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan
eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,600 -
$146,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for
this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
