A company is looking for a Product Manager focused on Patient
Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive strategies to improve patient conversion,
onboarding, and engagement
Lead design and execution of initiatives to enhance patient
experience across various virtual care services
Conduct user research and utilize data analytics to inform product
decisions and measure effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in
patient experience or healthcare technology
Proven track record of driving strategy and execution of
patient-facing digital products
Strong background in user research and design thinking
methodologies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5+ years equivalent
experience
Experience with product management tools such as Figma, Jira, and
Mixpanel
