Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of performance review, goal setting, and
engagement survey programs
Analyze engagement survey data and collaborate with leadership to
develop actionable insights
Partner with various teams to optimize programs and ensure
alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in people program management or
related field
Expertise in program management tools and methodologies
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
Proficiency with People systems and tools, including employee
survey platforms
Knowledge of current talent development trends and best
practices
