YES, CHEF! - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of
eCommerce to help our Head of Website lead and manage our online
presence for HexClad. As our Director of eComm, you'll ensure a
seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers
globally as well as oversee all aspects of website development,
functionality, and performance, driving eCommerce growth and
customer satisfaction. Come get in our kitchen and help us shape

Details - Full Time- Exempt
Reporting to - Head of Website
TASTE SUCCESS -As our Director of eCommerce you'll work closely
with our Head of Website on strategic leadership, performance
optimization, and collaboration with UX/UI designers to enhance
user experience. You will also manage technical aspects, oversee
SEO and SEM strategies, and lead a high-performing eCommerce
team.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive
eCommerce strategies that align with HexClad's business goals,
enhancing the online shopping experience and driving sales
growth.
- Website Development: Lead the website development team,
overseeing the design, development, and deployment of new features
and functionalities to improve user experience and conversion
rates.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze website
performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing solutions to enhance site speed, usability, and
overall performance.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers
to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and
optimized for a seamless customer journey across all
devices.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of
website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and aligns
with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Technical Oversight: Manage the technical aspects of the
website and integration with third-party systems and
tools.
- SEO and SEM: Work closely with the digital marketing team to
implement SEO and SEM strategies, improving search engine rankings
and driving organic traffic to the website.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track
and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights
and recommendations to senior management for continuous
improvement.
- Project Management: Lead and manage eCommerce projects from
conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence,
and alignment with business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and
partners, including web developers, designers, and marketing
agencies, to ensure successful project execution and optimal
performance.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to
identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement,
implementing changes to improve the overall user
experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing eCommerce
team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work
environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) in eCommerce management, with a
strong focus on website development and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of web development technologies, eCommerce
platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and best practices.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and digital
marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in web analytics
tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, with
experience managing cross-functional teams and external
vendors.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information
Technology, or a related field a plus.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in
the culinary industry a plus.
