Job Description:
Move forward with Volt!Volt is hiring for Customer Service Reps
for a company located in Fullerton, CA. $19.00 hourly.As a Customer
Service Rep you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for designated client
accounts.
- Manage incoming and outgoing orders through the Warehouse
System.
- Handle documentation and billing for storage services.
- Schedule appointments and communicate with clients via
email.
- Check in and out drivers at the Shipping/Receiving window.
- Support warehouse staff in resolving issues.
- Generate reports for management and clients as needed.
- Organize and file daily paperwork.This is a full time
opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day The ideal candidate
will have:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse/Manufacturing
environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Proficient with computers.
- Strong command of the English language, including spelling,
grammar, and punctuation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work well with
diverse individuals.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal
supervision.
- Bilingual in Spanish.Schedule: 6am-230pmDays: Monday-Friday Pay
Rate: $19 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will
be based on several factors, including the candidate's education,
work experience, work location, specific job duties,
