seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service
Representative / Project Coordinator. This role primarily focuses
on delivering exceptional customer service while also providing
coordination support for various projects. If you are a proactive
problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear
from you! In this role you will: Greet customers in a friendly and
professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.Process work
orders received through various channels, including electronic,
hard copy, and phone.Provide accurate information to customers
regarding our products, processes (software/hardware), and
production turnaround times.Identify opportunities to upsell add-on
services or new merchandise to existing and previous
customers.Communicate unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated
delays, and any other relevant information to customers.Enter job
details into our computer system and ensure accurate billing
information.Examine original hard copy documents for completeness
and quality defects.Collaborate with the Production Manager to
address any issues or concerns with orders.Consult with the
Estimator regarding costs and communicate this information
effectively to customers.Coordinate the routing of supplies and
materials to work areas to initiate production.Monitor the progress
of job orders throughout the production process and keep customers
informed of their status.Collaborate with various departments,
including production, sales, shipping, and warehouse, to expedite
or trace shipments as needed.Participate in ongoing training
sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Perform
additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training
is a plus.Proven experience in customer service or a related
field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to
multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment.Proficiency in computer systems and software
applications.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving
abilities.Ability to work independently as well as part of a
