Interprets wireless specifications. Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents systems-level defects, using a bug tracking system, and reports defects to developers. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents problems with program function, output, or content. Develops testing programs that assess the effectiveness of a new system or modification of an existing system.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Job Function:Software test engineer position within AP functional Linux performance test team. In this role, the candidate will be a key team member for platform performance test design, execution, triage, automation, customer support.Responsibilities:
• Focus on platform performance test & debug for optimization, including but not limited to benchmarking, user experience.
• Issue triage and analysis based on platform, including HW architecture, kernel, android framework.
• Manage test requirements & test schedule, design and optimize test plan, publish test report, and communicate with stakeholders in all sites.
• Lead and drive test independently, co-work with software/hardware engineers, system design engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Developing and optimizing automation tests to improve efficiency.Requirements:
• Engineer with more than 2 years system test/develop experience on Android platform products. Familiarity with Qualcomm platform is a good plus.
• Experience with platform performance testing.
• Experience with automation test development with Python/Java/C/C++.
• Experience with managing or coordinating across multiple functional teams and sites is a good plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English. Quick learning and open-minded.Keywords:Test, debug, performance, software, mobile, automation, Linux, AndroidEducation Requirements:
