Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of construction litigation experience for its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA.

All candidates must have the following experience:

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience;
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Detail-oriented and highly organized;
• Possess a solid work ethic.Prior experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred. Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus. All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in California.The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $145,000 - $170,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
