Key Requirements and Objectives:This is an hourly position responsible for administrative and managerial operations for the lift team.

  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate and organize others.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Customer relatable skills and strength in conflict resolution
  • Ability to think on your feet, desire to take on more responsibility, and a roll with it attitude!
  • Report to the General Manager Job Responsibilities in Detail:Scheduling: Schedule all installations and equipment services. Identify customer expectations and effectively communicate these down the line. Shipments: Receive and manage incoming shipments to onsite warehouse Billing:
    • Invoice projects and service calls
    • Verify all closed projects are in compliance and manage with technicians to 100% completionJob Requirements: Team Player/Customer Satisfaction: Work with install service team to hit monthly productivity goals while maintaining a positive work environment and customer satisfaction.
